Responsibilities
Directly manage 2-4 software engineers.
Implement a testing and clean code culture.
Manage and track multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on common project goals.
Design and implement event and service-driven architectures for frontend and backend systems.
Develop prototypes to test out key design concepts and quantify technical constraints.
Maintain requirements and technical documentation.
Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.
Maintain the highest standards of excellence, never settle for the status quo.
