Manage team meetings
Manage and plan achievement goals for the team
Manage, analyze and resolve all issues related to the recruitment team and process
Responsible of tracking and reporting on individual performance and attendance
Drive the recruitment process in pursuit of the most suitable candidates for the company
Partner with other departments to provide the best service and assure effectiveness
Maximize individual's satisfaction, development and performance
Provide monthly individual feedback to the team
Provide corrective actions to maintain discipline and a welcoming environment
Drive a proper handover between the Recruitment and Training departments (and other departments)
Update the recruiting process with new requirements for the candidates
Filter information from other departments and give updates to the team
Responsible for taking care of the trainee's issues and take their claims to the accountable department
Coordinates a proper welcoming for the training classes
Manages transfers during the training period
Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports
Manages workload for the recruitment team
