Project Manager

Education
University Degree or Professional qualification in Law, Business Management, International Development or other relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience, knowledge and skills
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience working in NGO projects with government funding
Familiarity and ability to work with Results Based Management frameworks
Experience and competence in budgeting and financial oversight of multi-million dollar projects
Experience in conducting relationships at senior levels, preferably with government institutions
Knowledge of change management initiatives
Knowledge of criminal justice institutions in Honduras
Personal characteristics
The Project Manager should demonstrate a track record of most of the following:
Understanding ethical behaviour and business practices, and ensuring that their own behaviour and that of others is consistent with these standards and the values of the organisation
Communicating effectively orally and in writing and using a variety of communication tools and techniques

Problem solving and the ability properly to assess, analyse and develop appropriate solutions to the problem
