Planning Rollout Head

Job Overview
Support with service requirement definitions and propose solutions for the all service delivery projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible of the field equipment rollout for Mobile, HFC and Corporate Services.
Responsible for the site searching, proposal, development, construction and supervision of all Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and site adaptation works.
Owner for the rollout tracking report for all the projects assigned to the area.
Maintain and enforce contract for the external suppliers as well for the AG2 partners.
Responsible to find rollout efficiencies and improve the rollout field costs.
Preparation of Service Delivery and Quality reports about rollout.
Support with service requirement definitions and propose solutions for the all service delivery projects.
Responsible to update Site topology and diagrams to latest version after the new implementation of New equipment in site.
Prepare and deliver the SLA, RSLA, PSLA and KQI assigned to the area.
Comply & assure the SLA,RSLA,PSA and KQI target.
Perform as single point of contact leader for all projects to be implemented in the field.
Perform another activities assigned by his manager.
Academic Degree
Professional of the Telecommunications, Electrical, Process, Project with a University Engineering Degree.
Master Degree is highly recommend.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Rollout, Project Management and or Operations.
Specific Skills
Bilingual, Spanish and English recommended
Leadership to solve technical issues
Analysis for troubleshooting
Oriented to deliver projects and solutions
Focus to achieve the results and comply expectations
