Job Position: Customer Intelligence Manager
Location: Honduras
Main Purpose:
Your main goal will be to keep company's products and services customer focused, evolving the strategic roadmap with the aim of turning complex data into actionable insights. You will do so by conducting competitive research, analysis and help us understand the buyer's journey, needs and wants.
Duties and responsibilities:
Define and analyse metrics, objectives and key results that inform the success of the enablement strategy.
Capacity to generate actionable insights from a body of information.
Work collaboratively with product owners and developers to brainstorm new features and define success criteria.
Contribute to strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
Create and prioritise a series of insight projects, designed to understand customer search landscape and competitor behaviours.
Lead team to execute a regular competitive research.
Conduct buyer journey research to help our team optimize our website, marketing touchpoints, and sales approach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, Master's degree in customer intelligence or related fields.
5 to 7 years of experience in managing and leading customer analytics departments, broad experience in market research, data analytics and presenting marketing strategies.
Proficient in English
Good time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
