StackAdapt’s Solutions Consulting team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives across our suite of programmatic advertising products within key industry verticals. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and spearheading solutions and services expansion opportunities for StackAdapt’s industry verticals and the development of the go-to-market strategies. This is a rare opportunity to impact a fast-growing, high-potential startup, with high visibility into StackAdapt’s Product, Operations, Customer, Engineering, Sales and Analytics teams.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will coordinate the development and execution of revenue-driving initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders. You have a passion for synthesizing complex solutions into sales narratives that clearly communicate StackAdapt’s value to advertisers. You embrace ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, challenging, ever-changing environment and will be a key consultant to sales leadership and front-line sellers. You love marketing, you have an affinity for AdTech and Big Data, and you want to play an instrumental role in the future of advertising.
What you'll be doing:

Market Sizing:Responsible for the identification and development of key growth initiatives for StackAdapt’s vertical based product solution offering to promote growth and partnership opportunities with clients and partners
Product Solutions:Collaborate with Product teams to enhance and expand vertical offering via development of new product offerings and features; and work with teams to develop a comprehensive roadmap for partner communications
Strategic Partnership:Work with sales and client services on in-market narratives and bespoke pitch development for client-facing meetings; project manage entire process from concept to completion; co-pitch complex solutions with sales as appropriate
Tactical Execution: collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage the execution of reactive requests, including RFIs/RFPs, to ensure accurate and customized responses that maximize StackAdapt’s chances for winning new opportunities
Collateral Creation:Responsible for developing partner-facing collateral and leading presentations to external audiences to evangelize enterprise offering, including demonstrations of the suite of enterprise products and services
Sales Training: partner with product marketing to develop and implement training sessions for key releases of materials and sales decks to ensure that client messaging is consistent from industry-wide press releases to daily sales calls
Customer Advocacy: become a consultant to internal stakeholders by understanding and sharing client (agency or advertiser) needs, relevant regional/vertical/competitive business dynamics, and a strong POV about StackAdapt’s positioning in the marketplace
We'll be reaching out to applicants that have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/business strategy/strategy & operations/business operations, planning, VC/PE, operations at a growth stage company, or equivalent
Experience at the growth (scaling) stage of a company
Experience with advanced Excel and SQL
Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field
