Technical Program Coordinator
Job description: Responsible for the technical processes for the implementation of projects and programs of Child-Focused Community Development (CFCD). Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of programs under the lines of work of headquarters. Technical representative of the organization with government agencies, municipal governments, agencies for developments and other organizations alike within the lines of work.
Desired Experience:
Two years of experience with non-profit organizations, national or international.
Five years of experience in project management
Experience on drafting budgets, executing funds and presenting reports.
Successful experiences on drafting proposal up to implementation and M&E.
Desired Education:
Degree of nutrition, community health or similar, preferably with Master degree in project management.
Formal or informal education on international community development.
Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Full operational skills on Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 online platform.
Desired abilities for special settings:
Drive 4WD standard vehicles in rural roads.
Oral communication and public speaking
Conflict resolution of staff under his/her authority
Flexibility of schedules to work and travel in Honduras and internationally
Personal attendance to field sites for program implementation and supervision.
