BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Assist with monitoring Fluor's HSE programs, policies and services on SCAB.
Provides specialized HSE services to support field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed.
Activities include but are not limited to risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, various compliance activities and implementation of various aspects of management systems in all areas of HSE.
Conducts investigations, inspections and assessments.
Performs record-keeping and other general administrative duties.
Provides HSE interface to project management, other functional areas, client personnel and corporate HSE staff.
Provides HSE expertise and support in areas of technical advice, data interpretation, personnel development, and process improvement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION
A safety certification is preferred (OSHA 30 hour construction or OSHA 30 hour general Industry, etc.)
4 years to 7 years related experience in safety.
Proficiency in MS office
Driver's license.
Industrial/Mechanical engineer (preferable)
Literate in English (read, write, speak and understand)
