PreparaciónEducation / Experience / Credentials:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related experience in coding and testing of software
• Experience with BPO industry
Habilidades y FuncionesMain Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements and create appropriate documents for technology projects with client/users who you will have access to either locally or remotely.
• Analyze, enhance, develop, modify and test business applications and reporting functions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Ability to scope and estimate number of hours for new project request.
• Work with users to support business applications and investigate operation problems or system requirements and/or reporting needs.
• Provide programming support to existing systems.
• Provide mentoring to junior staff members.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly language as well as write comprehensive documentation.
• Comply with the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above.
• Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Skills:
• Experience in C# with WPF, ASP.Net MVC as well as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS
• Experience integrating with and creating RESTful APIs.
• Relational database and reporting analytic experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI.
• Must have experience in version control and change management. Experience using Team Foundation Server (Azure DevOps) is preferred.
• Must be familiar with modern SDLC practices
• Working knowledge of writing testable and extensible code.
• Keen attention to details
• Analytical thinker/problem solver
• Highly self-motivated
Breve descripción del trabajoWill be responsible for the software application and development processes to analyze, design, develop, test, implement and enhance software products. The Programmer Analyst will provide technical leadership for software development. This includes requirements gathering, report or system design, coding, testing and documentation.
