As part of our goal to maximize the value created by our platform, we are looking for a market researcher to perform analysis of both internal and external segments of users.

Responsibilities
You'll learn about and be responsible for:
• Leading the operations team
• Attending users requests within specific SLAs
• Taking ownership of all operations activities
• Giving the best experience to the users that use Torre to find talent
• Report bugs/feedback that we receive from users
• Carry out the editorial review of our algorithms
