Meet Lilt’s Future Campaign Marketing Associate
Are you creative, organized, and excited to have ownership over your own Marketing Campaigns? If so, Lilt’sCampaign Marketing Associateposition could be the perfect role for you! Lilt is looking for a Campaign Marketing Associate to support hyper growth initiatives and experiments. This position will help attract potential customers with strategic campaigns and if we hit our campaign goals, this position can be converted to a full-time employee after 3 months. Your day-to-day would include preparing for your next big launch, writing captivating emails, engaging with Sales, and analyzing your conversion rates in order to always improve. In team meetings, you will serve as the voice for your campaigns, sharing updates and suggestions for improving results.

Your Focus Projects
Support and own major Demand Generation campaigns and initiatives to achieve company-wide revenue goals
Put your creativity to the test by dreaming up a library of campaign ideas that will generate sales-ready leads
Leverage various channels paid advertising, social media, email marketing and more to promote your genius campaigns
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive campaign engagement and world-class follow-up programs
Gather, analyze, optimize and attain specific MQL and Opportunity creation goals from events and other initiatives, on a quarterly basis
Your Skillset
1-2 years in Marketing or Science, English or Engineering Majors
Methodical, highly organized, and intense attention to detail
Creative problem solver and perpetual experimenter
Thirst for learning and growth
Good communicator and team player
Project Management or event management skills preferred
Copywriting / persuasive writing preferred
Experience using Marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach) preferred
