Lean Coordinator (Sps)

Responsible for leading and developing the team of Lean supervisors, with a focus on process improvement and process flow, materials, etc through the increase of productivity and quality by presenting solutions to business problems optimizing all the resources of the company. Make improvements using lean tools, techniques and methodologies based on the strategy of the organization.
Position Tasks
Carry out and be responsible for continuous improvement projects
Analysis of processes, studies of process flow and information.
Develop training for staff in charge and staff of the plant on Lean topics (Tools, techniques, methodologies, etc.).
Plan, execute, monitor and control Lean projects in your plant, as well as supporting the other plants in the organization.
Increase efficiency in all production processes
To be an active participant in the project to improve the productivity of the plant.
