Ingeniero De Proyectos (Sps)

Lead process improvement projects and Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management. Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs.
Lead, participate and coach through specific process improvement projects:
Improvement, growth, new technology
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects
Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
Follow up with process owners on the logistics, due dates, and deliverables on the projects in place
Determining client's requirements and translating them into an actionable plan by a team of workers
Assuring that all deadlines are being met
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Material utilization projects: Optimize material consumption in all facilities through analysis of specs, method, machine, and suppliers
Productivity projects: Projects aimed at improving plants efficiency through machinery, supplier, flow, method, rates, and quality Work with Plant and Lean engineers as well facility staff to engage in cross functional projects in the areas of planning, development, quality and production aimed at reducing complexity and waste
Benchmark and deploy best practices in all facilities
Value Stream Mapping analysis
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
Perform quality and safety control; initiate corrective actions if needed
