?Work duties
To make the finance runs smoothly to support the business - including supplier reconciliations, store and file payments, expenses, internal control, etc;
Update daily payments and Cash Flow.
To prepare Weekly Pending Payment Reports in compliance with our KPI's.
To be responsible of the Staff and Outsourcing Expenses review.
Manage a detail control of the delivered expenses to Finance Department.
Upload all invoices to the HW systems in accordance to HW regulations and policies.
Responsible of the store and file control.
?Requirements
Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting or Finance;
Be familiar with the operation of Oracle ERP Accounting system;
Fluent oral and written English; Good communication skills;
Advanced skills in MS office, especially in Excel.
Be able to work under pressure within tight schedule and self-motivated;
At least 1 year of working experiences in Accounting of Financial field, have the experience of handling AP Position (Account Payable) as the main responsible.
Be familiar with WHT and VAT treatment according to local law.
