About the Role
Simply put, this role is a SaaS Account Executive with a track record of closing new business. You will be the first Account Executive on the enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience selling SaaS Solutions to clients where typical deal size ranges from $50K - $500K+/ARR. A stronger fit exists with those who have experience working with small-to-mid-sized companies and understand the hands-on culture of a smaller enterprise sales organization. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on e-commerce or similar industries (not ads). Prior experience should include collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams including input into the lead generation process.

Our Enterprise Sales Cycle
• ACV: 30k
• 30-90 day sales cycle
• Selling into customer service, marketing, operations
• Leads generated from Business Development and Marketing
• Process typically includes: Discovery, Demo, 1-2 followups calls
• 30% close rate
• Works closely with agencies and partners to close deals

What You'll Do
• Close new inbound business
• Run discovery on enterprise calls
• Work with Business Development and marketing teams to generate new leads (80% inbound)
• Help to develop the enterprise sales playbook
• Create demo accounts for your prospects
• Find creative ways to win deals by working with other agencies and app partners
• Become a thought leader in the e-commerce space
• Accompany the Business Development team at enterprise events

Your Background
• Background in tech Sales with 5+ years experience
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
• Prior experience withHubSpot CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed on new tools
• Data-driven mentality and fast
• Tech Savvy, you will not have a sales engineer or solutions consultant selling with you
• Understanding of e-commerce
• Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and the decision making process for large SaaS investments
• Prior experience in a startup technology company
