OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems. Having the ability to design, plan, execute and evaluate integrated projects of machines and materials that generate solutions to problems that contribute to human and business well-being. Making improvement involved in Direction, Processes, Distribution to Production throughout all the Company or Organization.
STUDIES Engineering Degree or similar
5 years as Engineering Manager and / or Management Level
POSITION TASKS
Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. Plans documentation system.
Perform continuous improvement projects
Make style layouts
Perform goal calculation
Process analysis, studies and operations in GSD.
Conduct time and movement studies in all areas.
Perform and inspect methods of work.
Responsible of cost report of assembly and re-works style
Responsible of the design and elaboration of areas and workstations
Implement continuous improvements in production processes
