Director Of Finance For Latin America And The Caribbean

This director leads the finance function to provide budgeting, financial analysis, and related services to the organization. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direction through subordinate managers and staff to a major sub-function or geographic region of the ministry. This responsibility includes hiring, discipline, and termination, as well as, coaching, performance management, assigning, checking, and approving work to achieve global strategies and objectives. The incumbent collaborates with other senior leaders, contributes to the development of functional strategy, and makes decisions based on operational strategy and priorities.
Qualifications:
Broad and demonstrated experience in working closely to the evangelical Christian church.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FP&A), or similar credential as per country of residence.
Relevant work experience required to enable the individual to be able to successfully perform the job.
Fluent in English (written and speaking).
