Responsibilities Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes. Ability to follow instructions and complex diagrams to create or modify drawings using the companys design standards. Accuracy and efficiency in electronic writing. Coordination of archiving, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic plans. Make drawing and technological research. Coordinate with designers, technicians and other personnel to incorporate concepts and information in drawing packages. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision. Field work as necessary Field measurements and surveys. Ability to explain drawings to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as needed. Interpret specifications. Review completed construction plans and cost estimates to verify their accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations. Performs a variety of marginal tasks not listed, which will be determined and assigned as necessary. Willing and able to work on project for 23 years. Have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance through the US Government Undergraduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Firm understanding of construction drawings and specifications Must be able to work 60hoursweek, six daysweek, 10 hoursday Fluent in English
