To manage Appointments to meet the needs of the business by demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
? Ensure to set and follow up on patients appointments.
? Perform real time management and scheduling duties (Company Systems).
? Ensure efficient performance through balancing human and technical resources.
? Administer policies and procedures to assure consistency.
? Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and
? College degree or equivalent work experience.
? Call Center Experience it’s a must (Sales Experience)
? Good skills in keyboard and operating computer systems (office).
? Capable to follow instructions.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Demonstrate the ability to work well with people, external customers.
? Strong organizational, and time management skills.
? Team Work Skills.
? PCs processor: i5 or higher with 8 Gbs ram.
? It´s a must to have 2 PC monitors.
? Internet speed: 10mbs or higher.
? USB Headset with noise canceling.
? Wire connection (LAN) not Wifi.
